BGC Trust Medical College (Established in 2001) is a private medical college, Which is affiliated University of Chittagong, approved by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Bangladesh and accredited by Bangladesh medical and Dental Council, Dhaka.
BGC Trust Medical College, a government approved non-profit making educational institute, sponsored by BGC Trust. The college is situated at a distance of 34 kilometers from Chittagong port city, in a lash greenish environment.
The academic building of the college is a large one with spacious classrooms, lecture halls, practical class rooms, museum, library, reading rooms etc. All types of modern equipments and machineries are provided in the laboratory and in practical classes. Infrastructure for a full-fledged Medical College is on construction work for academic building and residential hostel for both boys and girls have been started and a hostel named ‘Mother Terasa Hall’ has already been completed for the girls. Temporary accommodation has been provided for the boys also.
The BGC Trust University library has 50,000 books, a collection of print journals and other publications, and subscriptions to international academic journals. The library location at BGC Biddayanagar Campus. BGC Biddayanagar is a WiFi campus.
